Cellphone for Self Care

This is a drama therapy workshop where participants WILL BE using their respective cellphone (on airplane mode) to access deeper levels of insight into self, self-care and well-being.
Many researchers attribute cellphone usage as modern day stressors, resulting in anxiety, narcissism, depression, loneliness, cognitive abnormalities, attention deficiency, and sleep deprivation. Statistics point to the inevitable nature of dependence on cellphones/tablets/social media in this day and age. This raises the question of: “How do we modify our relationship with our cellphones/tablets with the given level of dependence?”
“Cellphones for Self-care” is an experiential workshop created to help participants identify the aptitude this technology holds in assisting with their self-care needs via drama therapy
