Come to our women’s workshop to take an inner journey and move from self-criticism to self-acceptance and compassion.
Be Present, Be Valued, Be Heard.
This is a workshop that will create a safe space to explore your relationship with your self-doubt, your fears, and insecurities. There can be a feeling of being “too much” or “not enough” or feeling like we are constantly trying to balance everything.
In our various roles as women, we can also feel like we have to “keep it together” on the outside, which can lead to stress, anxiety, and guilt internally.
In this workshop, we will make room for our feelings to be heard as normal and natural. We will also understand and befriend this self-critical voice and bring kindness to ourselves.
