The struggle is real and we often need visual and tangible cues to help us through.
This is an explorative workshop where you reflect on your thoughts and notice how they trigger your reaction with experiential and art-based exercises. The tools in this kit are created by you to help you through these sticky situations and setup healthier thought patterns.
Your toolbox is not just for reaching in difficult times but is also to help create conditions that allow me to spend less time in the darker moments; to make them less frequent and reduce the duration in them.
